Established in 2022, Global Premier Fútbol is a registered non-profit organization that advocates for the inclusivity of football, asserting its accessibility irrespective of race, beliefs, social status, or financial means.

Operating in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, Global Premier Fútbol is dedicated to delivering top-tier professional coaching, structured training, and mentorship to young footballers.

While committed to inclusivity, our primary focus is on providing opportunities to Black children and youths lacking the financial resources for expensive soccer academy programs, ensuring they receive high quality coaching, mentorship and access to competitive play.

Moreover, Global Premier Fútbol extends coach education and a pathway to professional coaching for volunteer coaches and aspiring individuals seeking a career in coaching.

Furthermore, Global Premier Fútbol actively seeks partnerships and collaborations with non-profit organizations, community leaders, missionary groups, companies, and sponsors to extend support to underprivileged children and marginalized youths, nurturing their aspirations and life goals.

Mission Statement:

Global Premier Fútbol's mission is to uplift underrepresented Black children and marginalized youths through collaborations with corporate sponsors and other funding organizations. Our aim is to offer accessible soccer training, development, participation, and exposure across all levels of the sport, both domestically and globally.

Vision:

Global Premier Futbol’s vision is to be a guiding light for player and youth development across Canada and beyond—illuminating pathways for marginalized communities while building confident, capable footballers and well-rounded individuals.

Through a well-structured, consistent, and values-driven program, we are committed to providing equal opportunity to every child in our care, with a strong focus on empowering Black youth and other underrepresented communities, regardless of race or social background. We strive to educate, inspire, and nurture talent by developing mastery of the four pillars of the game—technical, tactical, psychological, and physical—while instilling integrity, discipline, and excellence on and off the field.

Our ultimate aspiration is to see our players compete at the highest levels of the game, locally and internationally, and to celebrate graduates of our academy earning professional contracts or securing scholarships at universities in Canada or the United States—becoming leaders who enrich their communities and society at large.

Objective:

To help educate kids, teenagers and young people at all levels of the game of football, develop their skills technically, tactically, physically and mentally and to be able to compete with and against other players at any level within and outside of their comfort zone.
